Gear is judged on whether it works

Not on how it photographs, and not on how premium the word in front of it sounds. So this shop is built to let you check things rather than believe them.

Why we started

The shop this replaces called itself a sports store. Its menu offered three things: T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts — 20 of its 63 products. The bats, the training balls, the foam rollers, the braces and wraps, the bags and bottles were all there, and there was no way to get to them.

That is the whole reason this exists. Nothing needed inventing: 63 products needed a shop you could actually find them in.

What we do

Sort the range by the job it does rather than by what the object is called — five aisles, Train, Wear, Recover, Carry and Represent, each with its own colour so you learn the shop once. Put a count on every filter so you know the shelf is not empty before you tap it. Put the price and the real rating on the card, not three clicks in.

What we believe

A shop should be able to prove what it says.

  • Print the number, including zero. 4,115 reviews are on this site, averaging 4.7, across 41 of 63 products. The other 22 show zero rather than showing nothing, because hiding an empty count is how you learn to distrust a full one.
  • Say whose sales they are. 40 products carry a sold figure and every one of them reads “sold before it reached us”. Those sales happened at the maker, upstream, before the item was listed here. A bare “2,000+ sold” on our own store would be a claim about us, and it would be false.
  • Name what we do not make. We manufacture none of the equipment here. Every piece is built and stocked by a specialist who has been shipping that exact item for years, which is why it arrives with a track record instead of a launch story. The printed apparel is made to order for us.

What it costs us

See the low scores →

Every rule above loses money. That is how we know they are real.

  • The bad reviews stay up, unedited. We publish all 4,115 of them, one and two stars included, on the product they belong to. It costs conversions we could have had quietly.
  • 22 products say zero. An empty count next to a price is the least persuasive thing on a product page. The alternative is hiding it, and then the 41 real counts mean nothing either.
  • We will not borrow the maker’s sales figures. Writing “2,000+ sold” without the qualifier would read better and sell more. It would also be a lie about a shop that has not shipped an order.

Who is behind it

Adrenaline is run by Zingo World, a company registered in Australia under ABN 79 231 531 384. That link goes to the national register, not to a page we control — so you can confirm the company exists before you spend anything. It is the one sentence here you do not have to take our word for.

Zingo World runs 9 online shops, each stocked for one thing rather than a bit of everything. Adrenaline is the sports one, and it ships within the United States.

What we stand behind

  • 30 days to change your mind, unused and in its packaging. Faulty or wrong, we pay the postage. The whole policy is on one page, and there is no second set of conditions anywhere else.
  • Free shipping over $100, the United States only for now. Below the threshold there is a flat rate, shown in the cart before you type an address.
  • Tracking without an account. Your order number and your email, on the track order page. That is the whole process.

Check any of it: all 4,115 reviews, shipping, returns, or all 63 products.
