Refunds & returns
30 days from the day it arrives. This page is the whole policy — there is no second set of conditions elsewhere.
What you can send back
Anything unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Tags still on, garments unworn and unwashed. Balls, bats and mats that have been used outdoors cannot go back, because we cannot sell them to somebody else afterwards.
Who pays the postage
- Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — we pay. We email you a label; you do not pay and claim it back.
- You changed your mind, or the size is wrong — you pay the return postage. The refund is the item price.
- An exchange for a different size — you pay to send it back, we pay to send the replacement out.
Original shipping
If the order shipped free, nothing is deducted. If you paid the $6.95 flat rate and you are returning the whole order because it was faulty, that comes back too. On a change-of-mind return, the outbound shipping you paid is not refunded.
How long the refund takes
We refund within 2 business days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own 3–5 business days, which is out of our hands.
How to start one
Use the contact form with your order number and say which items and why. You do not need an account and you do not need to have kept the email.
What this does not affect
Your statutory rights. If something is faulty, this policy is in addition to what the law already gives you, not instead of it.
