Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Nothing on the live store, in our records or in the backend has ever stated an express price, which is why that one is still a placeholder. It is set in one file — lib/store.ts, which every page showing a rate reads from — and must be replaced before this store takes a real order. The free standard rate below is not a placeholder: it is the confirmed offer, with no minimum attached.
Where we ship
Currently 28 countries, chosen from the Country menu at checkout. Anywhere else is refused there rather than accepted and then cancelled. Prices and charges are in US dollars everywhere, including outside the United States; your bank may add its own conversion fee on top, and we do not see or receive it. The dispatch and delivery times above were set for the United States and no carrier has quoted us a transit time for anywhere else — treat them as a floor abroad, not a promise.
What it costs
- Free on standard delivery. Every order, any value, no minimum to reach.
- $10.00 for express, an optional upgrade charged on every order regardless of value.
How long
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days. Standard then takes 4–7 business days, express 2–3 business days. The clock starts at dispatch, not at checkout, so an estimate only becomes a date once an order actually exists.
No parcel has left here yet. These are the intervals we will work to, not intervals we have measured — this line goes the day the first one is scanned.
Tracking
Emailed the moment the parcel is scanned. You can also look it up on the track order page with the order number and email — no account.
If it goes wrong
Lost, stuck or damaged in transit is ours to sort out. Tell us and we chase the carrier. We do not ask customers to file claims.
