No cookie, no device ID, no visitor ID, no IP address. Nothing joins two visits together or joins this one to you — the page’s ID is random and dies when you close the tab. The only thing kept on this device is your answer, and you can change it any time from Privacy & analytics in the footer.

Letters, numbers, spaces and . , ! ? ' & - / # only. The ink colour is picked for you so it reads on the garment.
Custom prints are final sale. Check your words or image before you add them: they print as the preview shows. Faults and printing errors reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced. The one exception: if we can’t print your logo or photo well, we email you and refund you in full. See returns.
Printed in 2–4 days, then shipped. That is print time at our print partner, before the parcel leaves — slower than stocked gear, so order a few days earlier if it is for game day.
