Before you check
- Nothing has shipped yet
- Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Tracking only appears once it is scanned by the carrier, which can be a few hours after the email.
- Tracking has not moved in days
- Contact us with the number. We chase the carrier — you should not have to.
- It says delivered and it is not there
- Give it 24 hours, check with neighbours, then contact us. We do not make you file a carrier claim yourself.
