Fantastic! I have thick thighs and the rubber bands rolled down and pulled at the hair on my thighs, these are perfect, I put them on over my shorts and they fit great, they didn't roll down or anything. It came with three and a cheap paperlike bag to store the bands in. I wear 3xl shorts and have short fat legs, these worked great for me. I Can't recommend them enough. Super stretchy!

Calidad /precio óptima, no esperaba más por ese precio. Duran más aún así que cualquier banda de silicona que terminan rompiendo. El tamaño es bueno, ya que por experiencia si es más pequeña se hace mucho para trabajar los glúteo medio en la apertura de cadera.
Como primera impresión parecen ofrecer buena resistencia incluso la más ligera, ya veremos con el uso, esperemos que no se deformen. Me gusta que sean de este material por que las de látex se enrollan y son muy incómodas, estoy ansiosa por utilizarlas. Traen un pequeño instructivo de ejercicios sugeridos y una bolsita amplia para guardarlas.
